After 10 days the bill either dies or moves to the Senate. The senators have 240 days to vote on the bill.

After 10 days the bill either dies or goes to the president and the he has 240 hours to veto or sign. After 240 hours the bill the bill automatically becomes law.

Entire process only 30 days. Public block chain for every
transaction. Every agency has its own block chain.
